Building cloud platforms, developer tools, and real-time products that hold up under pressure.
I design dependable software with a product lens, from cloud workflows at MicroStrategy to fast-moving platform decisions at Hyphenova and self-directed builds spanning native apps, encrypted remote control, and real-time multiplayer systems.
About
Systems-focused engineering with a product eye and a bias for shipping.
How I work
I like building platforms that feel invisible when they are working well: provisioning that is faster and cheaper, diagnostics that surface issues before teams ask for them, and product surfaces that stay approachable even when the architecture underneath gets complex.
My sweet spot is at the seam between distributed systems and product craft, where reliability, developer experience, and clarity all need to move together.

Experience
Recent roles across enterprise cloud workflows and early-stage product architecture.
MicroStrategy
Software Engineer
- Decoupled the telemetry service from the install workflow, reducing provisioning time by 53% and improving application upgrade time by 75%.
- Developed and deployed automated diagnostics tooling that collects daily telemetry, uploads logs to S3, and triggers AWS Lambda alerts for Microsoft Teams across client environments.
- Built infrastructure and orchestration for client onboarding into a multi-tenant environment, reducing environment provisioning and maintenance costs by 70%.
- Implemented data lifecycle workflows that archive historical customer data to Amazon S3 and rehydrate it on demand, reducing storage costs by 46%.
- Revamped the diagnostics codebase by eliminating monthly-release dependency and shifting to push-based deployments that reduce engineering overhead.
Hyphenova
Software Engineer Intern
- Redesigned backend architecture and database modeling, implementing cost-effective solutions such as Docker-containerized Supabase for local development and near-zero deployment costs.
- Built cross-platform mobile and web applications with React Native, creating a unified codebase that streamlined development across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Established robust API infrastructure and made critical early-stage architecture decisions, minimizing unrealized future costs and laying a scalable foundation for expansion.
Projects
Three new flagship builds, plus one legacy product win worth keeping in frame.
Remotex
A remote-control system for Codex sessions that splits responsibility across a laptop bridge, stateless relay, and SwiftUI iOS client. The experience centers on QR pairing, encrypted envelopes, replay-aware reconnects, and full session control from a phone without compromising local workflow fidelity.
DaytaBayse
A production-minded macOS PostgreSQL client built in SwiftUI with secure credential handling, SSH-tunneled connectivity, schema exploration, SQL editing, and export workflows. The product is shaped around native feel, predictable behavior, and practical day-to-day database work.
Buzzer
A mobile-first multiplayer buzzer app with server-authoritative ordering, host round controls, team scoring, QR-based join flows, and abuse prevention. It is designed for live party play where responsiveness, fairness, and reconnection resilience all matter at the same time.
CodEd
An e-learning platform that paired a React frontend with Node.js APIs and MongoDB, then pushed further by enabling secure remote code execution through Judge0 across 40-plus programming languages.
Skills
Language fluency, backend depth, cloud tooling, and AI-accelerated delivery.
